  • Experience executing in vitro cell biology assays and techniques (Flow cytometry, Immunofluorescence imaging, AlphaLISA, ELISA, endpoint analysis, HTRF).
  • Proficiency in molecular biology skills such as qPCR analysis and Western Blotting analysis.
  • Experience executing in vitro studies with human cells, especially human T cells, is required. Working experience with Treg is a plus.
  • Experience executing rodent models of autoimmune disease is required.
  • Experience with CRISPR, gene-editing technology, is a plus.
