Principal Business Process Analyst

Job Details

The Principal Business Process Analyst, Commerce Enablement Transformation will serve as an expert on Project Management and Process Improvement methods and tools to prioritize, advise, or lead cross-functional, global projects, suggest/implement Commerce Enablement transformation programs, and create/deliver business cases.  The position requires strong collaboration, willingness to challenge the status quo, communication, sense of urgency, ability to execute, leadership, and change management skills as well as experience driving business change projects.

Responsibilities

 

Facilitate and execute process mapping, process standardization, continuous improvement and implementation of organizational readiness programs. 

Develop and implement business cases that articulate the value propositions of a particular project/program.  Successfully champion and drive the change.

Leverage advanced data/metrics acumen to analyze operational and financial data to problem solve and provide innovative/strategic solutions to the business that include a well-informed best practice perspective.

Engage in strategic discussions and provide recommendations based upon analysis with quantified opportunities to drive business optimization.  Synthesize results, drive conclusions, make recommendations to senior management, and implement change.

Create, implement and maintain material commercialization and commerce enablement team/project KPI's and metrics.

Create reporting and assist with prioritization of the Transformation portfolio.

Plan, monitor, and manage global cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through completion including business case creation, resourcing, staffing, status reporting, and troubleshooting.

Ensure effective communication between multiple organizations and regions by creating appropriate governance structures.

Communicate with upper management and highlight key accomplishments, changes, and risks which may impact business results.  Initiate risk management planning throughout.

Ensure project results meet quality, reliability, milestones, and budget.

Expert on all details regarding Process Improvement (particularly Quote-to-Cash), Infrastructure, and Commerce Enablement Transformation.

 

Qualifications

Education:

 Bachelor's degree required, MBA Preferred.

Experience:

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in quote-to-cash operations.
  • Experience in a global, dynamic, and deadline driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Process Mapping and Change Management.
  • Working knowledge of process improvement tools/frameworks (green belt or higher preferred).
  • Experience creating KPI's and benchmarking analysis.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems that may be related to process, technology, or strategy.
  • Functional knowledge of key business processes (Quote to Cash); demonstrated business acumen to learn other business disciplines
  •  Experience with implementation of technology programs that support global process improvement.
  • Strong demonstrated experience in project management
