SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Field Operations Specialist is a key contributor to the Commercial Operations team, responsible for providing proactive and tactical support to the Regeneron Commercial Organization, including US field teams across all brands. This individual will have knowledge in key areas of Field Operations, including field & home office onboarding, field roster management, field communications, field fleet administration, and maintenance of Regeneron’s field recognition budget allocations.

The Specialist works closely with Commercial and Corporate partners to ensure exemplary execution of Field Operations programs and initiatives. As subject matter experts, they will help to maintain and enforce associated operating procedures and make suggestions for best practices.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Serve as a primary onboarding contact for Commercial new hires. Provide training on various systems and programs, addressing questions as they arise. Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding programs.

  • Collaborate with Corporate and Commercial teams (Human Resources, IT, Accounting, Training, IT, Legal, Sourcing) in the proactive support of Regeneron's US field-based employees.

  • Support US Field Operations workstream activities for their areas of focus, as impacted by US product approvals, indication approvals, and field expansion projects.

  • Stay abreast of all pertinent company policies, procedures and government regulations and thereby actively contribute to Regeneron’s continued compliance.

Field Onboarding & Training (Area of Focus / SME)

  • Maintain field new hire training content to ensure a positive and meaningful onboarding experience. Introduce and review Regeneron’s intranet site, travel & expenes resources, HR systems and action items, fleet programs, and credentialing support. Collaborate with teams across the organization on content changes (HR, IT, Accounting).

  • Address all field onboarding inquiries and escalate unresolved issues with appropriate corporate teams.

  • Oversee US Commercial field onboarding logistics related to IT hardware deployment and mobile app assignments, in collaboration with IT and Shipping teams. Proactively notify corporate partners of field onboarding timelines and plans.

  • Manage all onboarding & training content in a central repository.

  • Maintain related process documents, workflows, communications, and program guidelines.

Home Office Onboarding (Area of Focus / SME)

  • Monitor home office new hire notifications and confirm onboarding program logistics with respective hiring managers and department administrative coordinators.

  • Maintain home office new hire training content to ensure a positive and meaningful onboarding experience. Introduce and review Regeneron’s intranet site, travel & expenes resources, HR systems and action items, and the structure of the Commercial organization. Collaborate with teams across the organization on content changes (HR, IT, Accounting).

  • Assist with a peer program to help introduce home office hires to the Commercial organization and Regeneron culture.

  • Facilitate quarterly surveys and make ongoing recommendations for program improvements.

Field Roster Management (Area of Focus / SME)

  • Collaborate with Commercial IT to maintain US field roster platform. Audit integration activities between HR system and field roster system. Make recommendations for appropriate system updates and enhancements.

  • Identify key weekly field roster data changes and communicate to key stakeholders across the Regeneron organization.

  • Maintain related process documents, workflows, communications, and program guidelines.

Commercial Communications (Area of Focus)

  • Assist with the US Commercial field communications process, ensuring the timely distribution of approved field communications across all brands (weekly newsletters, formulary updates, & corporate announcements).

  • Collect, review, format, and distribute content in collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Corporate teams.

  • Maintain a schedule of quarterly Operations and Corporate updates to be included in weekly field newsletters.

  • Identify Corporate announcements that may need to be highlighted and repeated in the weekly field newsletters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to interact effectively with management, partners, and vendors.

  • Previous experience in creating and delivering new hire training content.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well in dynamic setting.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful conditions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Knowledge of Veeva Field Roster Management is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the drug development and commercialization process is a plus.

  • Previous experience in supporting a Commercial drug launches is a plus.

Minimum Years of Experience:

2-3 Years of professional experience including related operations, human resources, training, and/or communications experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
