IT Business Partner, Corporate Systems

The IT Business Partner, Corporate Systems will partner with corporate function business leaders to deliver on IT strategies that enable the US commercial affiliate to meet organizational goals.  As a part of a larger global IT team headquartered in Switzerland, the affiliate level IT Business Partner translates and advocates for US IT solutions and collaborates with global partners to pull through deliverables.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Partner & collaborate with Global IT partners advocating to and for US IT projects that will positively impact US commercial organization goals
• Becomes subject matter expert and close collaborator with business stakeholders understanding organizational goals and business requirements, resolving end user's day-to-day queries, providing learning solutions and supporting change management communications.
• Interact with stakeholders in gathering business requirements ensuring end deliverables meet business needs and all potential impacts to quality assurance & compliance are reviewed and discussed.
• Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. 
• Proactively recommend innovations and modifications that are in compliance with industry requirements and are consistent with corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes, systems, policies and procedures
• Critical role in understanding and managing system integration and documentation
• Primary resource for the design and implementation of testing phase for production level deliverables across all business units confirming conformance to specifications and quality.
• Document/communicate key decisions, open issues, workflow, and functional requirements
• Leads all quality assurance activities related to compliance systems including Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).  Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
• Perform testing in highly important Features/Functionality
• Support and management of SAP solutions associated to Sales, including sales-order management cycle and post-sales activities all business transactions in SAP Sales and Distribution relative to Pricing and billing and Customer Service component.
• Support & management of SAP solutions associated to Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Month End Close etc)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT field
• A minimum of 8 years in an IT Business Partner or similar role required.  Will consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with SAP required.  SAP S/4 HANA preferred. 
• Experience supporting systems associated to those found in corporate functions departments highly desired (ie…HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, QA and Compliance)
• Experience in a regulated environment where compliance and Quality Assurance are part of IT solutioning required.  FDA regulated experience highly preferred.
• Experience working within a site or affiliate of a global organization (matrix environment) highly desirable.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively
• Ability to identify and communicate project and team risks to senior team members and/or leadership
• Proven track record of meeting established deadlines
• Experience engaging on multiple simultaneous projects

The IT Business Partner, Corporate systems will ideally live within driving commute of US Commercial headquarters in Radnor, PA.
