OPPORTUNITY
The Temporary Buyer Associate I helps to assure that all employees can easily procure the materials and services needed to do their jobs. This role processes all purchase requests promptly and verifies on-time delivery to assure excellent service to employees. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process purchase requests into NetSuite purchase orders and confirm with vendors
  • Follow up to assure vendors fulfill all order expectations accurately and on time
  • Partner with Receiving to resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and receipts
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure vendor invoice compliance with purchase orders
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with customer service, order processing or purchasing support

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience managing purchases of a wide variety of goods and services, including resolving receiving and invoice issues
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and results
  • Proactive mindset and consistently following through to finish tasks and projects
  • Able to track and organize tasks
  • Able to support a variety of projects concurrently
