How you will Achieve More with Intellia:

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join the Facilities Operations team. In this role, you will perform reception, front desk, and office manager assistant duties. These responsibilities include:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, letters, packages and other forms of correspondence

  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary

  • Partner with Office Manager and Executive Assistants to assist with coordinating guest visits, meetings and catering

  • Assist with reports, proposals and presentations associated with the Facilities Operations and EH&S functions

  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting, and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research

About You:

We are looking for a warm, outgoing Office Administrator to join the team. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are required. Our ideal candidate will show a dedication to providing outstanding customer service, with strong interpersonal skills, always displaying a positive attitude. Additional requirements include:

  • High School diploma/ GED is required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications

  • Role model of our core values of One, Explore, Disrupt, and Deliver; demonstrates mutual respect, courage, and candor

  • Good oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Join our award-winning Facilities Operations team! In 2021, Leadership Team recognized our contributions with the Annual Impact Award. You will report directly to the Office Manager in the Facilities, Operations, and EH&S department. The Facilities, Operations, and EH&S Department is a dedicated team of 13 individuals that work cross-functionally with other internal departments and functions as well as our outsourced partners to support the needs of Intellia.

All roles within the Operations department are designated as on-site roles and each function may be required to support off-hour activities.
