ROLE SUMMARY

The Pfizer Inflammation & Immunology Dermatology franchise is in the midst of significant growth. EUCRISA for mild to moderate atopic dermatitis established Pfizer in the medical dermatology space and is an important 100% steroid-free option providing patients from as young as 3 months to adults with significant relief from their AD symptoms. Additionally, the team has just launched CIBINQO® (abrocitinib), a new once daily, steroid free pill for adult patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). CIBINQO is anticipated to be a blockbuster for Pfizer that fills many unmet needs for patients and HCPs.

The Manager, Atopic Dermatitis Patient Marketing will report to the US HCP and Consumer Team Lead, Laura Polin, however, will be managed on a day-to-day basis by the US Consumer Lead who will be in role shortly.

The selected individual will play a critical role on the team managing patient education materials for both EUCRISA and CIBINQO to ensure successful starts and continued success on these products.

The role will require a detail-oriented, organized, solutions-oriented brand marketer who can collaborate well across many internal and external cross-functional partners in a timely manner and strive for performance and excellence.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager, Atopic Dermatitis Patient Marketing will be accountable for leading the development and execution of patient strategies and tactics that maximize patient education and adherence to treatment across both EUCRISA® and CIBINQO® to drive brand growth.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead EUCRISA branded patient material development and updates including brochures and website.
  • Manage EUCRISA ongoing CRM program to maximize patient adherence and ensure awareness of financial support options.
  • Support development of CIBINQO full DTC CRM program emails and text program to maximize starts, adherence, and drive awareness of financial support options.
  • Support senior manager in development of CIBINQO in-office patient materials.
  • Lead development of Pfizer presence at 2023 National Eczema Association patient expo to drive awareness and education of Pfizer’s atopic dermatitis brands.
  • Manage EUCRISA and CIBINQO patient marketing budgets. Work with Brand budget lead and finance to ensure quarterly and annual on target budgets.
  • Monitor performance of CRM programs and recommend updates and optimization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA required, Advanced degree preferred
  • 3 years of US commercial pharmaceutical experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • US marketing experience preferred
  • Demonstration of strategic and tactical marketing capabilities with proven creative and analytical skills
  • Agency management experience and knows how to get things done at Pfizer/large matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining productive/collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Ability to manage complexity and range/volume of assets at once
  • Demonstrate bold, creative thinking to execute initiatives
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate these into meaningful action.
  • Strong communication skills
