We are growing our locations and are investing more than $2 billion into establishing a new large-scale manufacturing site for biopharmaceuticals in the United States to accelerate the growth of our Bio CDMO (Contract and Development Manufacturing Organization) business. This will be the largest end-to-end cell culture CDMO provider in North America.

The new site will offer end-to-end solutions to our customers looking to manufacture biopharmaceuticals in the US. In addition to drug substance manufacture, it will also provide automated fill-finish and assembly, packaging, and labeling services. The new site is to be located in Holly Springs, North Carolina, United States.

Job Responsibilities

• Leverage the system detailed design from similar FUJIFILM site in Denmark.
• Support the SAP template rollout to our Holly Springs site.
• Ensure project implementation is well received throughout the organization.
• Prepare and execute training for the users of the systems.
• Be active member of SAP CoE and ensure consistence support and maintenance of SAP system at Holly Springs site.
• Manage software design decisions and change control in a regulated environment.
• Incident management and daily support of the systems once in operation.
• You should expect the role and responsibilities to develop and evolve as the project group expands.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following background and skill sets:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree within computer science, business administration or Logistics and Supply chain.
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana system, mainly in PP/PI, QM and EWM space.
• 5 plus years of experience within ERP space.
• Documented ISO and cGMP understanding and knowledge to GAMP.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to prioritize and work autonomously based on common goals and objectives.
• You have a strong analytical mind, eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
• You have a natural drive for automation and simplification.
• Quality minded.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility.
