Project Manager

Oversee and manage assigned accounts serving as the primary contact for internal team and external customers. Maintain a project management framework that enables quality and on time execution of project deliverables which meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop work plan, determine scope, assign tasks, outline responsibilities, and confirm expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate client needs and expectations to internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage project meetings, both routine teleconferences and face-to-face, as well as serve as liaison for all other project related communications.
• Generate and manage project schedules and prepare routine status reports for internal and external customers and/or management.
• Communicate resource needs to relevant management team and coordinate availability and allocation to ensure project requirements are met.
• Track project progress against financial milestones using applicable billing systems. Provide Finance personnel with timely notification and review of invoices. Provide routine updates to management regarding financial progress of assigned programs.
• Host client kick off meetings and/or technical site visits. Prepare required meeting agenda, coordinate status update presentation/reports, etc. in close collaboration with functional managers. Schedule meeting times and tours, so as to ensure the least amount of disruption productivity.
• Prepare meaningful project related documentation (i.e. meeting agendas, minutes, notes, emails, etc.) that capture critical information and disseminate to all applicable individuals in a timely manner.
• Create and present professional presentations up to an executive level audience either by phone or face-to- face, when required.
• Ensure communication is performed in a timely and sensitive manner, especially regarding any adverse events that may occur.
• Collaborate effectively with functional managers to ensure appropriate resource allocation for successful project completion.
• Track project related risks, opportunities and issues. Identify areas of conflict and develop resolutions to ensure quality requirements, timeline milestones and financial objectives are achieved. Follow defined project issue escalation process as needed.

Qualifications - Experience and Education:
A minimum of 4 years, 6+ years preferred, industry related work experience. 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or scientific discipline required. Project Management certification preferred.
