Job Details
Works with the production and maintenance departments to coordinate and ensure calibrations, preventive maintenance, and repair scheduling activities on critical production and site equipment meet planned expiration deadlines. Interfaces with departments as to equipment availability, resources and duration of all department and utility activities during operations and production stoppages. Assists the Maintenance Management with systems procedures and documentation. Facilitates intra-department communication on issues associated with the scheduling of resources and projects to meet the global supply network milestones. Develop and manage the execution of comprehensive facility and department production downtime schedules.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain the Calendar to manage all PM’s over one year cycle
Experience in developing and managing project schedules from initiation to delivery through various project lifecycles in a cross-functional environment
Planning includes developing and clarifying the scope of work, coordinating the manufacturing windows, coordinate with contractor, create and upload job plan
Experience with developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, or briefings
Assist with reporting monthly Metrology and Maintenance KPIs to Management.
Shutdown/production downtime planning and coordination
Coordinate the production support agencies to include quality, commissioning, validation, cGMP change management, facilities, vendor, and human resources.
Experience with analyzing project-specific business metrics, including procurement data, staffing data, or financial data
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee selection, training and mentoring while focusing on operational efficiency and the elimination of “non-value added” activities.

Complies with requirements from CSL Behring’s Safety Program, including Health and Safety mandates and OSHA requirements.
Completes any other duties/responsibilities assigned by senior management.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree: And Associates Degree in a related field, Military training in a related field or extensive supervisory experience in the Maintenance field.
With an Associate Degree, a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Maintenance, Metrology or Utilities planning and scheduling is strongly preferred, knowledge of cGMPs, pharmaceutical manufacturing methods, and regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry. Project or construction management experience in lieu of planner knowledge.

PMP, Six-Sigma, or related certifications preferred
Planning / Scheduling application required, MS Project or Primavera P6 desired
