Client Experience, Systems Specialist
The Client Experience System Specialist is responsible for project activation within company systems and creation of project/study numbers for operational teams. The specialist supports other CX team members as needed to deliver quotations/proposals and team/business initiatives.
Requirements
Education
- Associates Degree or higher (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Responsibilities
Project Activation:
- Manage study activation and completion of data entry to create project/study numbers for the Drug and Safety Assessment business units.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities:
- Experience Microsoft tools required
- Experience with Salesforce, preferred
- Good communication and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain confidential information.
- Interact with the community and employees.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot when necessary
- Support and participate in other company initiatives as directed by senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned
