Client Experience, Systems Specialist

 

The Client Experience System Specialist is responsible for project activation within company systems and creation of project/study numbers for operational teams.  The specialist supports other CX team members as needed to deliver quotations/proposals and team/business initiatives.

 

Requirements

Education 

  • Associates Degree or higher (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role 

 

Responsibilities

Project Activation:

  • Manage study activation and completion of data entry to create project/study numbers for the Drug and Safety Assessment business units. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:

 

  • Experience Microsoft tools required
  • Experience with Salesforce, preferred
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Maintain confidential information.
  • Interact with the community and employees.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot when necessary
  • Support and participate in other company initiatives as directed by senior management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
