Senior Manager, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Systems (EPM Cloud)

We are seeking a Senior Manager to support Regeneron’s Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Systems to partner with internal IT teams (i.e. - Solution Architects, infrastructure and others) to support the implementation of Regeneron’s vision for Oracle EPM suite of products. You will be the technical resource on Regeneron’s upcoming critical effort to modernize our current Oracle platform supporting the Close through Filings processes. You will be responsible for management and support of the EPM Cloud platform including leading MSP (Managed Service Provider) team.

In this role, a typical day might include: 

• Show complete understanding of Master Data Management across financial areas and implement standard methodologies while using enterprise-wide accepted tools/procedures. 
• Be responsible for and drive the technical delivery using implementation partners. 
• Understand and agree to requirements and ensure design will meet them.  
• Work closely with G&A IT and PMO to meet departmental deadlines and project goals 

• Partner with Business Relationship Manager to understand priorities and ensure alignment to product roadmaps. 
• Provide input to product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities in support of the EPM technology roadmap. 
• Collaborate with the BRMr, functional SMEs and technical operations teams to ensure continuous process improvements of EPM applications. 
• Provide technical input in the assessment and delivery of technology solutions to support business processes. 
• Participate in aspects of delivery/development/configuration of the applications, and ensure business requirements are met, on initial effort and in future phases. 
• This role will retain operational responsibilities for the solution after the project is completed and transition to a platform management role.
• Responsible for collaborating with a team of Regeneron service delivery leads and handling the Managed Services Provider in providing functional and technical support for the Oracle EPM Cloud solution

To be considered for the role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in relevant field with at least 7 years' experience working as a technology lead for Oracle EPM/Hyperion platform. 5+ years of direct experience implementing Full Suite of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions including FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, PCMCS and EDM. Training and certifications in Oracle cloud technology applications, a plus.
