What you will do
Lets do this. The Digital Health team is responsible for developing, piloting, and commercializing technology tools that meet patient, HCP, and business needs
Lets change the world. In this vital role you will responsible for the successful launch and scale of digital solutions, product roadmaps, and life cycle management.
The Sr. Associate Digital Health works closely with business partners to assess the needs and translate business and end user requirements into relevant and executable digital product requirements. Additionally, the Sr. Associate Digital Health will be responsible for product management, including but not limited to curation of digital innovation content and the development of use cases from inception to implementation.
- Support product team with coordination, administration, research and reporting needs
- Maintain a library of internally and externally sourced innovative content to include white papers, journal club review
- Partner with cross functional internal collaborators and business partners to collect current and future needs
- Independently lead workflows within a product
- Ensure innovative digital pilots are efficiently scaled and launched
- Build and maintain product Business Case
- Craft and maintain product requirements and global roadmap
- Build and maintain prioritized requirements backlog
- Provide project reporting materials ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality of content at an executive level
- Participate as core team member of the Open Digital Innovation product(s). Responsibilities would include collecting backlog item and prioritization, action items and consistent and timely follow up on all items
- Follow all applicable policies, procedures and standard methodologies to ensure all solutions are delivered in a compliant and coordinated manner
- Ensure compliance with Amgen Health Technology Product development policies and procedures including all design and development processes, consultations with local compliance, legal, privacy, safety and information systems advisors

Basic Qualifications:
Masters degree
OR
Bachelors degree & 2 years of directly related experience
OR
Associates degree & 6 years of directly related experience
OR
High school diploma / GED & 8 years of directly related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile execution experience
- Previous work in product development and lifecycle management
- Experience writing technical documents, including specifications and end-user manuals
- Knowledge of the current landscape of various digital health solutions and emerging health IT technologies such as connected devices, remote patient monitoring tools, sensors, patient and HCP engagement tools, patient identification and CDS algorithms, mobile and web-based health management applications, etc.
- Ability to bridge functions, particularly technical and non-technical worlds
- Exposure to complete product development life cycle from requirements to integration and testing
