This program is designed to enhance our pipeline of diverse talent of leaders. Applicants for the Breakthrough Fellowship Program 10-week internship and intend to pursue their Master of Business Administration degree (MBA), or Master of Public Health (MPH) degreeconsistent with the time requirements of the program.

Marketing Associate– Internal Medicine, Internship:This colleague will have an opportunity to work on legacy Women’s Health products, including launch prep for a new indication. The candidate will gain marketing experience in a key area of the business, as well as have the opportunity to collaborate and interact with cross-functional teams such as customer-facing roles, as well as advertising/promotional agencies, consultants, and in some cases alliance business partners. The intern/associate will play a key role in executing on brand tactics & priority deliverables.

Requirements

  • Currently a Junior pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or Marketing related coursework with a graduation date of Dec ‘22 or Spring 2023
  • Min GPA 3.0
  • Strong track record meeting personal and team goals
  • Accountable - being a prime driver for delivery against deadlines and having the discipline, care, and attention to detail necessary to be successful
  • Possess a positive, continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate internal organization/processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
