  • Knowledge:
    Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
    Demonstrates good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    Receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new assignments.
    Follows written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Records and must be able to take variant action only with approval of department management.
    Independent action and initiative in resolving issues.

    Specific education and experience requirements:
    5+ years of relevant experience, HS Diploma, and a Certificate to FETAC level 6 (GSL)
    Prior experience in a cGMP related industry is required.
    Specific job responsibilities:
    Works on Manufacturing batch record review following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
  • Assists/performs trending to ensure a continuous improvement in Right the First Time (RFT) batch record documentation metrics.
  • Computer skills (Excel ,Word and PowerPoint)
  • Able to assist with presentation.
  • May provide oversight on the floor to ensure production execution is performed following established SOPs, production records and cGMPs.
  • Reports to Team Lead/Manager on a regular basis online performance and reports any issues that need to be resolved.
    Interacts with production staff, QA, QC and other departments as required to ensure a smooth and timely batch record review process
    May train junior staff in assigned area and ensure that work is performed in accordance with quality standards and SOPs.
