Patient Access- Senior Marketing Manager

What you will doLets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will:
Serve as business owner for FRS teams supporting Amgen medical benefit products
Serve as business owner for OPM speaker bureaus for Oncology and Bone Health business units
Serve as business owner for alternate sites of care websites for Bone Health and Oncology business units
Work cross functionally with other business units and internal partners to ensure maintenance of Amgen legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
Handle strategy, budget, and performance monitoring of FRS teams
Creation and MAC submission of brand FRS materials, including trainings
Creation, MAC submission of OPM speaker materials. Training of OPM speakers
Evaluate opportunities across the entire PSP portfolio

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Masters degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Bachelors degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Associates Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in reimbursement and patient support service programs OR field sales experience
Ability to lead strategic projects from concept development through execution
Experience working with advertising and/or media agencies developing impactful materials on time, on budget and on target
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and presentation skills
Strong creative and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across collaborators to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure detailed execution
Strong organizational skills - to set targets, supervise to achievements and complete projects
Ability to optimally prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines
Ability to optimally lead cross-functional teams and to influence without authority
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
Ability to be positive, confident, enthusiastic, energetic
