What You Will Achieve

As part of the Global Security Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting a team that monitors incidents globally and assess information to determine what impact, if any, those incidents may have on the organization.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Contribute to the completion of projects and manage own time to meet agreed targets.

  • Understand the fundamental business drivers for Pfizer and make decisions within organization's guidelines and policies.

  • Measure, monitor and report on the performance of the hard and soft services providers through the service agreements ensuring fulfillment of services as outlined in the Service Agreement Scope of Work documents.

  • Proactively seek opportunities and provide thoughtful review and implementation of workplace solutions leveraging facility management processes, technology and best practices to enhance the colleague workplace experience.

  • Provideoversight and direction for all phases of capital and expense projects from concept through turnover to enable business strategies.

  • Support sustainability programs,includingefficient use of utilities, waste minimization, recycling, composting, responsibly sourced food items in the cafeteria, etc.

  • Recommend the contractors, equipment vendors and construction manager (if required)and prepare scope of work, contractsand purchase requisitions for approval.

  • Review performance through achieving Key Service Levels (SLAs) and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Conductperiodic coordination meeting with the contractor(s) and customers and issues meeting minutes.

  • Assure compliance with safety and environmental standards and regulations pertaining to cleanliness, particulate matter, noiseand security.

  • Regularly inspects the construction and reviews with the designers any problems related to design and specifications.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree and3+ years of experience.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to develop, implement and continually improve programs.

  • Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.

  • Works well with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to oversee multiple activities at one time.


PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Due to the nature of work assignment, the Process and Facility System Lead must be able to perform detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks, with frequent interruptions and under time constraints. On a daily basis, the position responsibilities may require the ability to stoop; to reach; to stand, to walk the site for extended periods of time; to push and/or pull objects weighing up to 30 pounds; to lift and carry objects weighing up to 15 pounds; to sit/stand at a computer workstation for extended periods of time. On a frequent basis, essential duties of the position may require the ability to climb stairs, to kneel and/or crouch to retrieve items

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Day shift with occasional after hours or weekend response required.
• Periodic travel may be required in support of Global Workplace Solutions business needs
• Respond to the site in support of business continuity, emergency response and off-shift schedules periodically
• Entry and work in laboratory spaces, vivarium areas, mechanical/electrical rooms, services areas such as maintenance shops, IDF/MDF computer rooms, shipping and receiving, service corridors construction zones, all with adherence to gowning, personal protective equipment practices and standard operating procedures.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $72,800 to $121.400 USD Annual. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 10% of the base salary. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
