Duties
  • Assisting with various Compliance projects including:
  • Maintaining various Office 365/Sharepoint folders by e-filing and organizing documents and reports.
  • Preparation of support materials for briefing our Committees and Sr. Executive partners.  This would include calendaring of reminders regarding deadlines for submission of materials, setting meetings to discuss and refine draft materials, and inputting changes into slide decks and word documents
  • Ad hoc project-based support for the Corporate Compliance team
  • Support the VP, Deputy Compliance Officer with various administrative tasks including calendaring requests and meeting support
  • Assist with business travel planning and coordination for Meg DeGooyer, VP, Deputy Compliance Officer, and compliance lawyer team (when travel and in-person work is permitted)
  • Reconcile, prepare and submit expense reports via company application (Concur) for the compliance lawyers (as listed above) 
  • Proactively schedule and coordinate committee meetings/conference calls and related activities including room set up, catering, meeting materials distribution, taking meeting minutes (as needed by department manager) – particularly larger meetings or those involving executives for the compliance lawyer team (as listed above)
  • Organizing local offsites and team meetings, including room set up, catering, meeting materials distribution, taking meeting minutes

Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Access, Teams, Sharepoint); Veeva PromoMats a plus
  • Must be able to manage multiple ongoing projects and demands
Education

2 Yeas or Experience Required

Bachelors Degree
