Job Details
The Senior Manager of Commercial Monitoring is responsible for executing the commercial monitoring program across various business activities for the Commercial organization. This critical position ensures Commercial adheres to Regeneron policies and procedures and complies with federal and state laws to achieve overall monitoring program objectives.
Develop
1) Update and manage the annual commercial monitoring plan inclusive of promotional and non-promotional activities across the Commercial organization.
Operate
2) Manage and perform transactional reviews of Speaker Programs, Exhibits, and HCP Contracting across commercial business units to ensure appropriate conduct, and compliance with federal/state laws and Regeneron policies.
3) Review field expenses specifically relating to HCP In-Office Meals and Speaker Programs for at least two (2) brands.
4) Partner with Compliance to oversee State credentialing processes and ensure field teams are compliant with various State laws.
5) Support the field with HCP In-Office meal processes by developing/refining training materials, attending district meetings, and serving as key point of contact for all questions.
6) Partner with Corporate Compliance, Commercial IT and field teams to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes relative to transparency reporting.
7) Mentor and guide direct report(s) as well as junior colleagues across the department.
8) Maintain subject matter expertise of Regeneron's Compliance policies and HCP meals (both in and out of office). This includes the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act,
Physician's Open Payments Act, and State reporting requirements.

9) Quality checks all deliverables to ensure accuracy of information
10) Ensures all training is provided in accordance with company policies and procedures and are conducted in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's Degree preferred).
• 8+ years of "progressive" industry/relevant professional experience; 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech
• At least 2 years demonstrated experience managing direct reports.
• Familiarity with the Physicians Open Payments Act, PhRma uidelines and other applicable Compliance and governing
regulations.
• A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to take initiative and
responsibility, think and act pro-actively, to ensure adherence to
process while being open to continuous improvement, simplification
and process efficiencies.
• Detail orientated with strong problem-solving skills and operational
experience.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills, with the
ability to resolve conflict, drive consensus and work across multiple
departments including all levels of management, vendors and
stakeholders
• Strong organizational, project management, influencing and change
management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple project and priorities concurrently,
while meeting stringent deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams,
where team members come from various organizational functions
with unique subject matter experience that contributes to the
success of a project or initiative
