Manager, Clinical Trial Vendor Management Operations Lead

The Manager, Vendor Management Operations Lead position is responsible to carry-out and support all activities related to Vendor Management Operations shared services. They will also contribute to the development of best practices, documentation maintenance, and SOP adherence.

• Responsible to support process execution and compliance in accordance with the Vendor Engagement SOP in support of shared services across business units within Global Development.
• Collaborate closely with Global Development Stakeholders, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and GD Vendor Quality, and others as required, to ensure alignment with endorsed Global Development sourcing strategy and operating model.
• Develop and maintain required documentation to evidence review, decisions and compliance.
• Primary point of contact within Vendor & Relationship Management to support coordination and documentation of activities required pursuant to the Vendor Engagement SOP.
• Support Inspection Readiness activities, including storyboarding and inspection preparation.
• Works with Director to support the development metrics, algorithms, matrices, operational objectives, delivery of fu
• Functional imperatives, vendor engagements and other matters of significance.

Bachelor’s Degree and 7 + years’ experience in pharmaceutical / biotech related vendor management experience. Knowledge of GCP and ICH specifically relating to Sponsor oversight and vendor engagement. Clinical Trials knowledge required.
