We’re looking for a skilled and dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Finance organization. You will be part of a cross-functional G&A team supporting our company’s efforts through an exciting and intense time of rapid growth and change. The team covers procurement, supply chain, real estate, corporate affairs, and communications so you would have exposure various aspects of the business. Reporting into the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide additional scheduling support for the Chief Financial Officer, organize team activities, and provide varying levels of support for senior leaders hired into the department.

About You

You are skilled at calendar management and scheduling. You are an enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude. You are comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and can be trusted to handle confidential information with complete discretion. You are highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks. You work well independently and under pressure. Experience working in either a startup or small company environment is a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Executive Assistant in managing changing priorities, scheduling internal and external meetings, and any ad hoc activities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating social events, offsites, team building exercises for the Finance team
  • As senior leaders are hired into the Finance department, help to provide varying levels of meeting support
  • Reconcile expense reports, book travel, and help keep good information hygiene
  • Work with IT, HR, Facilities and other staff on behalf of those you support
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in complex meeting scheduling and calendar management
  • Attention to detail and digital/technical proficiency (or able to learn systems quickly)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite
