  • Work closely with team leads to generate workflows and coordinate projects across the R&D, Manufacturing, and Operations teams
  • Enable effective communication for cross-functional projects
  • Implement project management software to develop detailed schedules, resource plans and budgets
  • Organize project meetings, prepare agenda, maintain detailed notes, and follow up on action items
  • Track OKRs/metrics and report progress during team “syncs”
  • Promote productive working relationships and maintain real-time communication with project stakeholders
  • Manage and communicate project changes to stakeholders, and redirect project goals as needed
  • Identify opportunities for improving on project plans, workflows, vendor utilization, and timelines

About You
  • Demonstrated mission alignment and passion for our goal of building a more sensible food system
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • 3+ years project management experience in Biotech/Pharma/Medical Device or food tech industry
  • Experience with project management software
  • Highly organized with strong cross-functional project management and communication skills
  • Able to communicate technical information precisely and concisely
  • Able to lead, influence and work well with scientists, engineers, and team managers
  • Works well both independently and collaboratively
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute
  • Constructive and positive attitude
