Neurona offers a paid annual Summer Diversity Internship Program. We partner with directors of the MESA (mathematics, engineering, science and achievement) programs at local community and state colleges to request applications from their undergrad and post-bachelor's students. Interns are paired with a Neurona employee, trained in relevant laboratory techniques, and guided to perform a summer research project. Interns attend weekly scientific and career-development seminars. At the end of the summer, interns have the opportunity to present their research findings to the company. Our goal is to help build diversity in the sciences.
