GRAIL is looking for a Project Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of projects under development by the clinical and software engineering teams. This will include release planning and coordination with multiple systems, management of timelines, tracking the software life cycle deliverables for each release, facilitation of interdepartmental release approvals, and leading the deployments into various live and test environments. It is important that this person has the ability to multitask and work independently across functions. This person will raise the appropriate risks, and track issues and dependencies as they arise.

You will:
  • Support all software development teams using the SDLC.
  • Coordinate vital approvals for release documentation.
  • Maintain lists of upcoming releases and project manage the processes to get all required release and project documentation completed.
  • Move approved documents into Company's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Keep files organized, up to date and relevant in Company's Design History File (DHF).
  • Implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Support all other release related processes and activities.
  • Prepare and contribute to project status reports.
  • Work multi-functionally to deliver software projects.
  • Participate in departmental or interdepartmental projects.
  • Schedule and conduct release meetings as required.

You background should include:
  • 2 years of experience in software development.
  • 2 year of experience working on projects that implement the SDLC.
  • Experience in one or more software delivery methodologies - agile, waterfall, or hybrid
  • Knowledge of FDA/MRHA Regulations, in particular, 21 CFR Part 11 and the Software Development Guidance documents is a plus.
  • A sound work ethic and proven ability to deliver assignments on time.
  • Proven interpersonal communication (written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or life science related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • ITIL v3 certification or similar is a plus.
