R&D Specialist, Research Pharmacokinetics

Regeneron's Pharmacokinetics-Sample Analysis team, within our Therapeutic Proteins group and located in Tarrytown NY, is seeking a motivated R&D Specialist. In this role, you will be expected to perform independent analysis for timeline driven ex vivo sample sets. You will be responsible for conducting assay development/optimization and sample analysis using immunoassay methods. In addition, you will be expected to report experimental results in both verbal and written communications.

• ImmunoAssay (i.e. ELISA, GyroLab) analysis of rodent and non-human primate serological samples, including development/optimization of assays
• Data analysis of samples through GraphPad Prism and Excel
• Accurate recording of experiments in an electronic lab notebook
• Compilation of data into comprehensive PowerPoint presentations
• Inform upper management and the team of project status and experimental results in both verbal and written communication

This role requires a BS degree, or preferably an MS degree, in biology or a related field with a minimum of 3-6 +years of laboratory experience, with 1 – 3 of those years including assay development. The qualified candidate must be able to work effectively on a team or as an independent contributor. Experience with microtiter plate based immunoassays, such as ELISA, is required. Experience with analysis using the GyroLab platform is a plus. General computer skills such as Excel and Powerpoint are required and experience with GraphPad Prism is a plus. Must be able to work productively in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
