Promotion Specialist

Performs Veeva PromoMats responsibilities in electronic tracking tool. Is responsible for the project management of all promotional items (print and digital) which includes providing materials to PRC for review and approval. Is responsible for production and delivery of promotional materials to internal and external stakeholders. Distributes approved materials in accordance with SOP guidelines for FDA submission. Maintains historical files on all promotional material.

Works collaboratively with Promotion Specialists, Editors and Brand Managers to execute CSL Behring standard operating procedures for the procurement of marketing services, effect process improvements and cost reductions across the US Commercial Operations organization.

Helps develop promotional ideas for external meetings and conventions with the brand management.

• Participates in brainstorming sessions;
• Relies on own expertise and knowledge of customer base and product specifications;
• Sets timelines and milestones and manages vendors and brand teams to those dates in order to comply with US Marketing POA and NAABM schedules.

Bids production work for print and promotional items to vendors. Negotiates best price from design agencies and vendors. Recommends vendor based on prior performance and price. Reviews final production proofs. Approves full production run by vendor. Maintains offsite promotional inventory. Updates inventory as required; re-orders material when necessary, and coordinates disbursement to sales force or shipment to meeting sites, as required.

Works cross functionally with the Digital Specialists, IT, Marketing, PRC, Editorial to project manage digital assets from inception through 2253 filing. Managing timelines, communicating status, reviewing staging and following through to inform key individuals when the assets are approved to go live.

Responsible for pushing appropriate resources out to the Veeva CRM.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in business/marketing or science discipline
• 0-2 years' relevant commercial operations experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
