The individual will work collaboratively with drug discovery, predictive science, translational and clinical teams to advance molecules and build a deeper understanding of the role for stromal/vascular biology in the TME. The qualified candidate will bring extensive knowledge in oncology, drug development, stromal and/or endothelial biology to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Biology Program Lead for endothelial/vascular discovery portfolio projects across large and small molecule therapeutic modalities

  • Design and execution of robust preclinical data packages to support drug discovery programs

  • Participation in review of external/business development opportunities

  • Biology discovery support for vascular facing clinical assets

  • Opportunities to formulate and guide strategies for endothelial targeting in the TME

  • PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience, M.S. with 8-10 years of relevant industry experience, or B.S. with 12-15 years of relevant industry experience

  • Proven track record in cancer biology, immuno-oncology, and/or stromal/vascular/endothelial biology demonstrated by academic and/or patent publications

  • Strong background in biologics and/or small molecule drug discovery, including the ability to design and execute a strategy to validate and optimize drug candidates

  • Knowledge of in vivo or in vitro preclinical models to assess endothelial biology and its contribution to oncology or immunology is highly desirable
