Job Details

The Associate Director, Global Market Access Strategy, Dupixent will lead and support strategic market access activities that drive the successful commercialization and profitable indication expansion of Regeneron’s IL-4 / IL-13 receptor antibody, Dupixent (dupilumab).

The job holder will support and take accountability for development of access strategies that maximize the value of Dupixent’s current and future indications. (S)he will identify and mitigate against potential risks associated with unplanned coverage restrictions, price erosion or delays to access. S(he) will partner with HEOR, clinical and regulatory colleagues to ensure we optimize evidence and labelling strategy to meet payer needs and deliver the access objectives.

The job holder will support commercial decision making regarding the indications and geographies that can profitably manage Dupixent’s expansion into broader age groups and new indications across derm, resp and GI therapy areas. S(he) will act as a key partner to commercial leadership, identifying, integrating and analyzing different pieces of data to inform commercial investment and launch readiness.

The job holder will participate in the review and assessment of access and price change requests from global affiliates (excluding the US) as part of internal and alliance agreed governance processes. S(he) will be responsible for documenting the decisions and agreed outcomes of these meetings, tracking negotiated outcomes of price and access negotiations and updating internal access performance dashboards.

The job holder will work with alliance partners to ensure that affiliates are appropriately resourced to communicate the value of Dupixent across its individual indications and the brand, ensuring that value messaging resources evolve to reflect access and pricing strategy, and that Dupixent’s value is differentiated and compelling within the increasingly competitive landscape.

The job holder will execute their role as part of a Regeneron market access and pricing matrix team, operating within a commercial Alliance with our access and pricing partners at Sanofi and will build key partnerships across the Dupixent brand teams.
