You will oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing improvement projects, acting as a liaison between Project Team and Line Management. You will support our programs by managing the review of the status of the project, resources, schedules and preparing status dashboard reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfactions goals.

As a manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of this discipline, you will work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

• Lead and support projects, provide guidance and manage own time to meet objectives.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Forecast and plan resource requirements (people, financial and technology) for projects across the department.
• Manage and participate in pre-studies, projects and other activities for increasing operational efficiencies, change in business strategies or in support of operational imperatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Biological or Engineering Sciences
• 5+ years of experience with BS/BA or 3+ year's experience with MS.
• Demonstrated experience in CMC Development customer facing roles across the businesses
• Knowledge of the workings of Biopharmaceutical product Development, and associated processes
• Experience working in Biopharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} environment
• Familiarity with Biopharmaceutical Sciences infrastructure
• Capable of managing cross functional cross site global teams
• Pro-active, highly organized and has a creative, entrepreneurial attitude with evidence of ability to execute against multiple key projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer and software applications more specifically MS Project and MS Office

• Master's degree
• Previous experience working with software supporting business operations (Planisware, intermediate or greater knowledge MS Office, Power Bi, or Tableau
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Office required
• Knowledge and certification of operational excellence methodologies (Six Sigma and Lean etc.)
• PMP Certification
