We have an opening in our Monmouth Junction, NJ headquarters for a Maintenance Planner/ Stock Room Coordinator.

This position works within the Engineering Department and is responsible for maintaining the Maintenance Management module within the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. She/he also maintains the stock room and supports plant engineering projects by tracking and procuring parts as necessary. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Facilitate the Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS). 

• Responsible for all aspects of the CMMS module, including scheduling corrective & preventive maintenance work orders, generating purchase requisitions, creating master lists of the equipment, parts, and PM/Calibration schedule, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements.

• Generates routine reports to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.

• Ensures the efficient and professional running of the Engineering Stock Room.

• Interfaces with the facility mechanics during corrective and preventive maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and ensure production equipment is running properly by supplying work orders and spare parts.

• Provides Engineering support to all departments for spare parts services.

· Source and purchase parts for both maintenance and engineering projects, as needed.

Requirements

  

REQUIREMENTS 

High school diploma or equivalent AND minimum of (3) years experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry REQUIRED.

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) REQUIRED 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word (including Excel) REQUIRED

• Excellent verbal and written communication and skills REQUIRED

· Ability to interpret engineering drawings to procure spare parts for equipment REQUIRED
