We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator II to join our team! An opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual to make an important contribution to Regeneron’s core scientific function. The position will provide administrative support for the Inflammation & Immunology department, specifically to the leaders of this Therapeutic Focus Areas (Director to VP level), by implementing a highly organized and efficient workflow.

As an Administrative Coordinator II, a typical day may include the following:


-  Identify, develop and support continuous process improvements 

-  Ensure effective and timely communication within the functional area and department

-  Act as liaison with departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Program Management, Facilities, IT etc. to support operations

-  Proactively manage calendars and resolve conflicts

-  Organize and prioritize deliverables; track deadlines and ensure completion

-  Internal meeting coordination; visitor/guest speaker logistics and hosting; domestic and international travel arrangements for meetings and conferences

-  Oversee/host high-level interviews and assist with onboarding

-  Assist with space planning of current and future space

-  Maintain records and process forms; create and submit expense reports

-  Purchase items for department requested

-  Office equipment and supply maintenance

-  Event planning such as department celebrations, team building events, holiday lunches

-  Backup support and coverage for other members of the research administrative team

-  Other administrative duties & special projects as required

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also a team player; comfortable leading projects or being assigned tasks. We are seeking someone who is proactive, responsible, focused, and accountable. Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Event planning and project management experience a plus. Science or pharmaceutical background/knowledge/interest desirable.
