The Manager, National Accounts will focus on accelerating and streamlining adoption of Galleri through reference lab partnerships. 

The ideal candidate has an understanding of the reference lab space as well as the overall healthcare ecosystem. 

You will use your strong strategic and analytic background, excellent communication, and collaboration skills to deliver high quality deliverables in this fast-paced environment.

You Will:
  • Develop and iterate business cases for high potential partnerships based on understanding of landscape and where applicable, high-level forecasts of volume and revenue potential.
  • Prepare operational and executive-level reports and presentations including Performance Dialogue, Business Area updates, and team performance (e.g., organization metrics, defining trends, providing analysis and reporting)
  • Procure contracts for necessary support services (e.g. phlebotomy)
  • Facilitate cross work-stream and Business Area collaboration
  • Develop frameworks to support partner evaluation and prioritization
  • Support revenue generation efforts across partnerships, including targeting and profiling, prospecting, and developing relationships with accounts in concert with internal cross functional teams.
  • Support development of Key Performance Indicators and business analytics to drive team efficiency
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation, Customer Success, Legal, Compliance) to support partnership initiatives
  • Attend relevant conferences to develop industry intelligence

Your Background Should Include:
  • BS/BA in related field, MBA, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years experience in a commercial role within healthcare
  • Experience running large projects, and designing and directing programs
  • Strong financial and business acumen; passion for designing and articulating business strategy
  • High level of collaboration and execution skills are required
  • Demonstrated bias for action to iterate and create clarity within ambiguous initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals and deliver results with a high emphasis on quality, technical rigor, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fast-growing commercial organization with product launch experience preferred
  • Experience in the molecular diagnostics industry, particular working with reference laboratories preferred
  • 2+ years in partnerships / business development within a healthcare company preferred
