Research Associate I - Conklin Lab

Research Associate position in the Conklin laboratory at the Gladstone Institutes at Mission Bay (see www.ConklinLab.org). Project on human therapeutic editing in close collaboration with the Innovative Genomics Institute. Projects focused on the basic mechanism of DNA repair, DNA-excision with motor neurons as model systems. Strong communication skills, with a background in molecular biology and cell culture preferred. Applicants intending on progressing to graduate school are encouraged to apply. A college degree (preferred) and laboratory experience required. Salary competitive and commensurate with experience.
