Finance Supervisor, Market Access

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support the Market Access management team and their respective staff with financial guidance/consulting and assist with the development of strategies to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the Market Access business: gain an understanding of payer landscape/control, review current contracting strategies/formulary positioning and create metrics for use in formulary performance assessments.
• Execute preparation of PLAN, LBE’s and LRP benchmarks for the Market Access commercial organization in alignment with US Area and Corporate requirements using sound analytical assumptions and effective communication of rationale/methodology.
• Interact with and support business units and functions outside of the Market Access commercial organization to ensure alignment on planning assumptions and reporting.
• Prepare financial summaries that include appropriate variance analysis and concise insightful commentary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Market Access Marketing, Pricing, Forecasting and Market Research/Analytics to provide analysis and solutions.
• Support month-end close and day-to-day financial reporting activities.
• Ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Lead monthly budget reviews with the Market Access management team
• Lead US. Market Access Allergan Integration through budget reporting and analysis enhancements
• Manage US. Market Access Annual LinkIt Process
