  • A proficient C++ programmer who can write clear, maintainable, and highly organized object-oriented code

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate breakthroughs in computer-aided drug discovery by implementing novel molecular simulation methods with unprecedented levels of accuracy
  • Design software that is robust, adaptable, and easy to maintain, as well as perform at scale on modern GPU hardware
  • Create and monitor tests to ensure the accuracy of our predictions

What you should have:

  • A deep understanding of molecular dynamics theory and software implementations
  • An excellent grasp of software development fundamentals and test-driven development practices
  • Expert-level knowledge of C++ programming
  • Experience in High Performance Computing
  • Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or a related field

We’d prefer to hire someone who has:

  • CUDA (ideally CUDA/C++) programming background
  • Familiarity with modeling biological systems
  • Python programming proficiency
