The Sr. Product Associate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Health Product Teamswith coordination, administration and reporting needs. This individual willalsobe responsible for driving automation portfolio and ideation across DHI and will play a key role in the delivery of The Download.

Responsibilities

Own and drive small to moderate sized projects advancing the mission of DH&ISupport product teams with coordination, administration, research and reporting needs.Provide project reporting materials ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality of content at an executive levelCore team member of the digital communications product(s). Responsibilities would include leading content curation and facilitation of biweekly releases. Work closely with product owner, business owner, and technical lead on automation opportunities and feature enhancements.Driving meetings, action item logs, decision logs, risk registers, etc. often with support from product associates and contract teamsFollow all applicable policies, procedures and best practices to ensure all solutions are delivered in a compliant and integrated manner.Ensure compliance with Amgen Health Technology Product development policies and procedures including all design and development processes, consultations with local compliance, legal, privacy, safety and information systems advisorsEnsure compliance with Amgen Health Technology Product development policies and procedures including all design and development processes, consultations with local compliance, legal, privacy, safety and information systems advisors

Basic Qualifications

Masters degree OR Bachelors degree & 2 years of directly related experience OR

Associates degree & 6 years of directly related experience OR High school diploma / GED & 8 years of directly related experience.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Excellent ability to coordinate with internal and external contacts.

Ability to prioritize multiple activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile execution experienceFormal communications training and experience (e.g., editing/publishing)Previous work in strategy development and health technologyLife sciences industry knowledge
