The Position
Earli is seeking a highly motivated and committed Research Associate or Senior Research Associate for our Therapeutics team.

Your Primary Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain both murine and mammalian cell lines in vitro
- Confirm target expression profiles using FACS or other methods
- Support the development, optimization, and execution of cell toxicity assays
- Document results and communicate findings internally to team and to external partners
- Isolate primary cells from both human cancer and normal tissue
- Assist with lab management tasks including ordering and general organization
Your Required Experience, Knowledge and Skill
- BS or MS in biological science or a related discipline
- 3+ years of professional laboratory experience or experience working in industry
- Experience culturing cell lines in vitro
- Experience with a wide variety of biochemical and cell-based assays
- Experience setting up and executing FACS experiments
- Ability to think independently and fully integrate into a high achieving team environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience processing tissue from both murine and human samples is a definite plus
- Cloning, virus production, and stable cell line generation are all a definite plus
