The Position

Earli is seeking a highly motivated and committed Research Associate or Senior Research Associate for our Therapeutics team.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain both murine and mammalian cell lines in vitro
  • Confirm target expression profiles using FACS or other methods
  • Support the development, optimization, and execution of cell toxicity assays
  • Document results and communicate findings internally to team and to external partners
  • Isolate primary cells from both human cancer and normal tissue
  • Assist with lab management tasks including ordering and general organization

Your Required Experience, Knowledge and Skill

  • BS or MS in biological science or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of professional laboratory experience or experience working in industry
  • Experience culturing cell lines in vitro
  • Experience with a wide variety of biochemical and cell-based assays
  • Experience setting up and executing FACS experiments
  • Ability to think independently and fully integrate into a high achieving team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience processing tissue from both murine and human samples is a definite plus
  • Cloning, virus production, and stable cell line generation are all a definite plus
