As a trusted advisor to the business and functional leaders the Senior Manager, HRBP is primarily responsible for supporting employees and leaders in the various businesses we operate in. You will partner with other HRBPs on various elements of the North America employee experience.  In addition, you will work closely with various COEs (Compensation & Benefits, People Services, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) to ensure operational excellence in the delivery of HR initiatives to the business.  Additionally, you will be responsible for executing complex regional projects.

The Senior Manager, HRBP is driven by data, organized, and passionate about continually improving processes and the overall North America employee experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt as new priorities come up. Outstanding communication skills and time management are critical for this role.

Main Responsibilities & Job Expectations

Provide HR business partner support, process knowledge advice and consultation to assigned client groups including :

  • Frontline managers in areas such as organizational assessment, succession planning, organizational structure, and work force planning change management in order to strengthen overall organizational capabilities.
  • Coach managers on issues including application of HR policies and processes
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Liaise with key partners on behalf of the HRBP team (Compensation & Benefits, ER, People Services, Talent Acquisition)
  • Responsible for client group talent strategies and associated initiatives.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition team to drive recruitment efforts that support the long-term talent needs of the client groups. Consults with managers to reassess and define hiring needs and success profiles.
  • Analyze data from various daily activities and projects to identify patterns and trends that can help create/ improve processes or identify areas of concern
  • Ensure alignment of HR processes i.e. Performance Management and Development, Performance Calibration, Compensation Planning, etc. with strategic and operating goals.
  • Participate in the broader North America Regional HR team to drive core, common and consistent HR solutions such as process improvement as well as participating in other broad scale HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence Process Experts to execute and implement large scale HR initiatives (i.e., roll out annual programs, new programs/policies, etc.).
  • Participate, lead and/or execute on various business-facing HR initiatives in collaboration with the broader HR team to enhance the overall employee and manager experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Abilities & Experience

  • BA/BS is required
  • Minimum of 5 years professional HR experience is required
  • Experience working through complex and sensitive employee issues
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success translating business strategies into organizational HR initiatives that yield positive results
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrix environment preferred
  • Workday knowledge is strongly preferred
