The team is seeking a new member to help meet the growing demand for data-driven insights and decision-making. Our diverse team works with employees across all levels of the organization and around the world. We are stewards of the data tasked with efficiently finding answers to business-relevant questions (e.g., "What's driving our turnover trends?", "How can we best listen to the input of employees?", "Why are certain hiring channels more effective than others?", etc.). The distinctive depth, breadth, and cleanliness of our people database allows us to explore unique and cutting-edge analyses. As a cross-trained team, all members have the opportunity to generate impact across every aspect of people analytics from data capture to analysis to consulting with stakeholders on the findings.

Overview:Leaders, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), and other stakeholders often have questions that can be informed by analyzing our people data. This role engages with senior business leaders, HRBPs, centers of expertise, and cross-functional partners to understand needs, generate insights, and drive high-impact people decisions. Specifically, this role involves discerning business needs, pulling relevant data from our systems or other sources, checking the accuracy of the data, running appropriate analyses, drawing conclusions based on the results, distilling insights into a deliverable, and communicating your findings to stakeholders. This is a high-potential role where high expectations are matched by significant opportunities for impact and growth.

Essential Duties and Functions:
  • Deeply understand customers' needs as well as People Analytics solutions and capabilities in order to provide insights, inform decisions, and improve people and business outcomes.
  • Bridge the gap between technical team members and non-technical stakeholders by blending analytical proficiency with empathy and strong communication skills.
  • Directly manage People Analytics products and projects (e.g., employee surveys) to efficiently generate meaningful insights that enable stakeholder success.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues to create products and contribute to projects that account for impact on both people and business outcomes.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and a BA or BS degree OR minimum 6 years of relevant experience and a MS, MBA, or MA degree in a related field such as math, business, or industrial-organizational psychology.
  • 4+ years People Analytics or consulting experience is preferred.
  • Experience with consulting with stakeholders to solve challenges by asking questions, actively listening, and positioning relevant solutions.
  • Experience with HR data and systems (e.g., Workday) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strong Human Resources experience in business partnering, analytics, or systems, visual analytics, product management, strategy consulting, and machine learning knowledge/experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Excel, Python, SQL, or Tableau is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset (e.g., fluency in metrics and statistics, visualization, survey methodology, data management, etc.).
  • Crisp communicator with the ability to evangelize data-driven solutions and insights to a wide range of stakeholders through reasoning, visualization, and storytelling.
  • Ability to operate flexibility and contribute across diverse responsibilities.
