The Role:   In this newly created role, you will support our organization by maintaining systems required for proper operations and improvement of various systems like LIMS, lab interfaces, lab applications. You will participate in gathering requirements for implementing lab workflows. Implement and manage various applications used by research groups. You will also manage day-to-day availability and support for all systems and Lab interfaces. Drive initiatives to implement, upgrade, develop the projects. Gatekeeper for managing access to different systems. Provides training for end-users to adhere to system use guidelines. Manage vendor interactions to build/customize the systems according to requirements.   What You Will Do:

• Configure, administer and maintain LIMS and ELN applications.
• Working with teams to gather requirements and implement the optimal solutions with help from vendors
• Troubleshoot system errors and implement remediations
• Root cause analysis and potential fix/solution for recurring problems
• Build and maintain user guides, how-to videos/documents for LIMS workflows and lab applications
• Manage SaaS applications like Confluence, Jira, SmartSheet, SharePoint

What You Will Bring:

• Hands-on experience administrating and configuring LIMS systems (preferably Benchling LIMS) and associated applications
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with lab instrument integrations and automation
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one scripting language preferably Python
• Familiarity with writing SQL queries to extract data and build custom reports
