As a member of the team that facilitates the distribution and tracking of Penumbra's life-saving products, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely analysis of both Travel Stock and Hospital Consignment inventory submissions. You will assist the sales team with the reconciliation process by ensuring that contract documentation is complete and accurate.

What You'll Work On
- Process manual reconciliation analyses for both the Travel Stock and Hospital Consignment programs.
- Close out and reconcile submissions for all participating facilities and sales representatives.
- Ensure that all items are accounted for and matched, with no discrepancies, to the contracts database and ERP system.
- Follow up with appropriate individuals to reconcile any variances by monthly deadline.
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports of Travel Stock and Hospital Consignment programs.
- Escalate unresolved discrepancies to management.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to organize, analyze, and present data, and relate findings to business solutions.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
