As a Digital Asset Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day asset needs of our Sales and Marketing teams. You will act as the gatekeeper to our Digital Asset Management System (DAM) and will be responsible for the collection, archival, and quality control of all assets.
What You'll Work On
  • Process and organize marketing content, including booth graphics, image and artwork, brochures, product videos and product photography.
  • Upload assets to MerlinOne (the current Digital Asset Management System), ensuring that all uploaded materials are organized and easy to locate.
  • Collect final working files and released documents and coordinate with Graphics team on both domestic and international distribution.
  • Manage digital asset distribution on Dropbox and maintain control of copy lists.
  • Create and enter metadata for all files loaded to MerlinOne.
  • Manage user access to MerlinOne and Dropbox, stepping in to help problem-solve or locate information as needed.

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma plus a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience with photo editing, digital design, or metadata input a plus.
  • Creativity, a high degree of attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
  • The ability to adapt to quickly-changing priorities and the motivation to see projects through to completion.
  • Familiarity with Data Asset Management Systems, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
