The US Prostate Cancer Business is one of the largest and fastest growing businesses within Pfizer. It is anchored by a multibillion-dollar asset in XTANDI, a newly licensed product in ORGOVYX, and we are preparing to launch Talzenna(talazoparib) in Prostate Cancer.

The Director, US Prostate Key Account marketing position will lead marketing strategy specifically focused on organized providers and key accounts (i.e. IDNs, GPOs, LUGPA, etc). This position will play a critical role in assessing and analyzing account-specific business trends and developing innovative approaches and solutions focused on increasing the quality of care in the US. This position will work closely with brand leadership, customer marketing and our Key Account Management and National Account Director teams. Additionally, this role has a unique opportunity to shape the future strategic plan for the US Prostate Franchise. This individual needs to manage multiple priorities, have attention to detail, collaborate across the enterprise, and learn from and improve upon existing processes or develop/implement new processes, where appropriate. 


  • Lead key account prostate portfolio strategy that addresses and prioritizes the key issues and opportunities across a growing portfolio
  • Serve as the primary Pfizer point of contact to our external co-promote partners on all key account strategic solutions
  • Partner closely with KAM Leadership, Customer Marketing and Brand Key Account Marketers to develop and execute annual KAM Prostate Plans of action
  • Identify new and emerging opportunities to grow/defend current market leadership and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to pilot innovative solutions/ action plan accordingly
  • Optimize the utility of existing Account Analytics tools and data to enhance Key account execution
  • Assist the US Prostate Franchise Lead in the development and refinement of the overarching US Prostate Franchise strategy and annual operating plan
  • Lead performance reporting, prepare monthly briefing packages for senior leadership to provide updates on performance, key performance indicators, brand priorities, and key opportunities and threats
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.


  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Key Account Experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to obtain and evaluate data to identify insights and develop effective strategies & tactics based on these insights
  • Ability to navigate internal organization/ processes to achieve endorsement of innovative approaches
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse functional boundaries, even without direct reporting relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate a One Pfizer approach and work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment with internal/external stakeholders
  • BA/BS - degree required
  • Is a role model for the Pfizer Values


  • Oncology experience
  • US marketing experience (HCP, Payer and/or Key Account marketing)
  • Copromote and launch experience are a plus
