How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
As a Director of Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be a key partner to the VP, FP&A in providing analytical and strategic financial support for our rapidly growing Company. You will be a key contributor in continuing to build a best-in-class finance organization that is helping to advance our life-saving therapies to patients.
Some of the key aspects of this highly visible role will be:
Partnering with the Business Development and Portfolio Strategy teams to help achieve our long-term corporate objectives
Playing a key role on the Intellia long-range planning process, helping to map out strategies to scale our growing organization
Creating and maintaining corporate financial models and building business cases to support future opportunities and strategic decision making
Preparing and delivering presentations to key stakeholders and executive leadership
Acting as the Finance business partner for Intellia’s Oncology development programs
Significant experience with financial modeling
Ideally, you have worked in Investment Banking
You are adept at preparing materials for Senior Management/Board of Directors
Excellent communication skills
Meet your future team:
This role will report directly to the Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. The team is made up of 6 other individuals, who bring a range of experience and knowledge. While a small team, you will join a group of passionate individuals who enjoy working with one another. In addition to the FP&A team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the larger group of people under the CFO, which is comprised of: Procurement, Accounting, Payroll/Equity, IT, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Operations.
The team is currently working virtually with plans to return to Cambridge sometime in 2022. Although in a virtual environment, the group has made it a priority to continue to foster a sense of community among the team. This includes virtual happy hours, team all-hands, game nights, and more! You can expect to join a hardworking, collaborative environment.
