Senior Manager Information Systems - Technical Program Manager - Global Covid Operations
This role can be 100% remote location.
COVID-19 has changed the way we live and work. This position will play a critical role in the organization, responsible for leading and supporting the technologies that we have put or will put in place as preventive measures related to COVID-19.

The ideal candidate will be working closely with Initiative Steering Committees (ISC), business users and customers to drive these projects and executive communications.
As a Senior Manager you will:
Own strategy planning, implementing, and sustaining the projects
Represent Digital Technology and Innovation in Covid 19 ISCs and other ISCs
Manage the product backlog and prioritization based on changing requirements and evolving needs
Coordinate all stages of product creation including design and development
Maintain vendor management, working closely with business users and partners.
Act as a partner concern point for all issues arising from the technologies that has been placed as preventive measure related to COVID.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with peer organizations, partners, and vendors
Work with customers and business partners to understand the needs and deliver on their highest priority features and requirements incrementally
Manage budgets, investment life cycle management needs and resource planning

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience
OR
Masters degree and 6 of Information Systems experience
OR
Bachelors degree and 8 years of information systems experience
OR
Associates degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience
AND
2 plus years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep technological background of delivering enterprise solutions
Experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft
Ability to think strategically about technology and recommend solutions that align with business strategy and achieve the greatest business impact
Strong leadership, project management, and promoting new strategies to drive organizational change
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to set the context and present on complex subjects to senior management in a clear and concise manner
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
Ability to align multiple partners towards a desired outcome. Operates as an effective facilitator and capable of driving discussions in meeting or workshop settings.
Work with IS architects to ensure that all requirements meet objectives and solutions are aligned with strategy
Experience working with system integrators and software vendors including evaluation, selection, and ensuring accountability for performance
