What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will routinely perform moderate to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedure and Batch Records. Responsibilities include:

• Hands on operations set-up, clean in-place (CIP), clean on place (COP), pressure test (PT) and steam in-place (SIP).

• Training new MPTs on routine tasks.

• Ensure that Amgen adheres to current Good Manufacturing Practices, cGMPs and follow Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, Batch Records and departmental policies.

• This role will work non-standard shifts including some weekends

Basic Qualifications:

• Associates degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a GMP or other regulated environment

• 1+ years of work experience that involves the use of measurements calculations and the metric system

• Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices, cGMPs and follow Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, Batch Records and departmental policies

• Ability to assemble, disassemble and perform basic troubleshooting on simple to moderately complex equipment, per procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas

• Ability to work independently as well as on teams

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a challenging and fast-paced work environment

• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and quality requirement
