Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will join a dedicated Pharmacy Benefit Patient Access team and reports to the Marketing Manager Patient Access.

The Marketing Manager, Buy and Bill Copay Programs position is responsible for strategy, development, and ensuring affordability and access to therapies through the management of various patient affordability programs enabling patients to get started on the prescribed treatment as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities for this role will include the following:

  • Manage copay and coinsurance programs for select medical benefit programs that provide patient cost-sharing
  • Assist in development and implementation of copay program strategies
  • Assist in launch of new copay programs
  • Collaborate with Hub vendor (via regular meetings, reports, and other communications) in establishing SOPs for patient affordability support service offerings (including points of entry)
  • Lead transformation efforts in continuing to enhance our copay programs
  • Develop tools and trainings such as affordability and access materials for HCPs, patients, caregivers, etc.
  • Marketing material submission of above brand copay program materials, including trainings
  • Lead Material Approval and Compliance process of assigned related materials including marketing tactics and training presentations
  • Serve as an advisor to the specialty channel lead on the management of the medical benefit co-pay programs
  • Manage key performance indicators and dashboard metrics
  • Evaluate opportunities to enhance the patient experience with affordability solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units as well as internal partners to ensure maintenance of Amgen legal, regulatory, and compliance standards

Doctorate degree

OR

Masters degree and 2 years of marketing, patient access, patient reimbursement experience

OR

Bachelors degree and 4 years of marketing, patient access, patient reimbursement experience

OR

Associates degree and 10 years of marketing, patient access, patient reimbursement experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing, patient access, patient reimbursement experience
