AbbVie is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver proactive recruiting strategies through the use of market insights and data to position AbbVie as the employer of choice in the biopharma industry!

Key Accountabilities include:

• Set vision, strategy, and goals for all aspects of recruiting talent across our Therapeutic Areas
• Lead effective recruiting process, practices and standards providing high quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Build solid relationships with key partners across the organization that yield consistent process and impactful results. Use data and market intelligence to provide consultative guidance.
• Regularly assess future talent needs and partner with business and finance to ensure appropriate budgeting is in place to support recruiting demand.
• Effectively partner with fellow Human Resource partners, collectively supporting the business while providing advise as the recruiting expert.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of recruitment experience in a competitive environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong track record of sourcing and recruiting in the Healthcare/ Life Sciences market preferred
• Strong assessment skills to assess candidate’s business capabilities, technical - background and key behaviors
• Strong skills in driving and owning the TA process ensuring candidate and client management satisfaction
• Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships across all levels of the business
