The role will be responsible for implementing a variety of in vivo and in vitro model systems to build an in-depth understanding and biological dataset surrounding the modulation of immune cells and the broader tumor microenvironment by Arcus drug candidates. Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in the validation of potential new targets prior to the initiation of drug discovery efforts, as well as establishing pharmacological readouts for pipeline candidates. This role is responsible for contributing experimentally as part of a multidisciplinary team, assembling data for internal and external distribution (including regulatory filings and conference presentations), and routinely communicating data at internal research meetings.
