As the Director of Marketing you will play a vital role in leading Premier Research’s Marketing efforts for our regulatory and consulting side. Having ownership and ensuring the strategic delivery of branding, content development, marketing campaigns, external communications, management of the consulting website content, consulting social media, and service marketing. Create, communicate, and maintain brand identity standards to ensure consistent brand delivery across the organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, and, have responsibility to create the plan to help grow the team as necessary to support company growth
  • Proactively strategize, identify, and execute campaign to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for Premier's consulting team
  • Develop and manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility
  • Manage agencies, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers
  • Monitor performance and share learnings
  • Supervisory responsibility: 1 – 3 Direct reports

What you'll need:

  • Marketing experience in the CRO market
  • Have been an individual contributor with domain expertise within the areas you would lead/build/manage
  • Have been a ‘coach’ and team leader of multiple marketing and/or communications functions
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the Clinical Research Organization market, services, and, intended target audience
  • Knowledge of the clinical trial environment
  • Multi-channel campaign management (digital/virtual, print, social, event management)
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Can critique marketing tactics, content, advertising concepts, social content and provide constructive feedback
  • Passion and direction to constantly progress the company, and department, forward
  • Ability to engage internal and external clients with communication and content
